Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
2 lbs ground chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
12 oz frozen riced cauliflower
5 oz container or 1/2 cup cottage cheese
street taco tortillas

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Add ground chicken to large sauce pan, cook thoroughly
After its cooked add buffalo sauce, ranch, cauliflower and cottage cheese, stir and cook 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated
On a large baking sheet, lay out tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, top with buffalo mixture and then top with more cheese
Fold over and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
Serve with your fav ranch- we love spouts brand!
