For the salad: layer spring mix, pecans, strawberries, blueberries, feta, and blackened chicken.
For the dressing: add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth! Pour over layered salad!
I added grilled sourdough on the side- we sprayed sourdough with avocado oil and then added some @salt_sisters Tuscan farmhouse seasoning! Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes. (This was SOOO good, tastes like fancy bread from a nice restaurant!)
