Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 12 oz frozen riced cauliflower
- 5 oz container or 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- street taco tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Add ground chicken to large sauce pan, cook thoroughly
- After its cooked add buffalo sauce, ranch, cauliflower and cottage cheese, stir and cook 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated
- On a large baking sheet, lay out tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, top with buffalo mixture and then top with more cheese
- Fold over and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with your fav ranch- we love spouts brand!
