Hibachi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Trader Joe’s vegetable fried rice
  • 1 bag frozen cauli rice
  • 1 bag frozen edamame
  • 1 lb chicken
  • 3 eggs
  • Sriracha
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Add oil and butter, add rice, cauli rice, and edamame. add sriracha and soy sauce
  • Once it’s almost fully cooked (5-10 minutes) add sesame oil and chopped chicken to opposite side of blackstone. add soy sauce and sriracha
  • Add eggs to the fried rice
  • Once the chicken is done mix it all together

Notes

We did a side of broccoli, seasoned the same way and add a little bit of water to help it steam on the blackstone!
