Hibachi Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s vegetable fried rice
- 1 bag frozen cauli rice
- 1 bag frozen edamame
- 1 lb chicken
- 3 eggs
- Sriracha
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Add oil and butter, add rice, cauli rice, and edamame. add sriracha and soy sauce
- Once it’s almost fully cooked (5-10 minutes) add sesame oil and chopped chicken to opposite side of blackstone. add soy sauce and sriracha
- Add eggs to the fried rice
- Once the chicken is done mix it all together
Notes
We did a side of broccoli, seasoned the same way and add a little bit of water to help it steam on the blackstone!
